Shipping Notice: Orders can take from 24 to 36 hours to process. When your order is processed you will receive email notification with shipment tracking number. All delivery standards begin when you receive this email.
If returning right items for a refund: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs. In addition, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments or detained by customs.All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we send you, if it's not the correct address, we are not liable for losses resulting from the case.
1.Returns:
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us via e -mail. You need to send pictures of the item to our mail box. The email subject should be named with "Order No." so that we can give you a quick reply. If you wish to return your purchase, we're sorry that you may pay 50% of item's price as our poundage and restocking fee for your returned items. The return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customers.
2.Exchanges:
You may exchange your product for any other product in our website for equal or lesser value. If exchanged for a lesser value item the remaining balance will be refunded to your Credit Card. It should be emphasized that if you are unable to return or exchange the products within 7 days of receipt, request will not be entertained.
3.Note: 
All returned and exchanged items must be returned within 7 calendar days. Returns and exchanges will only occur for Quality Issues & delay-Shipment (eligible products).if your item has been worn, damaged, or its tag has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for the return or exchange; if an item we receive from you is in bad condition or its tag is removed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for the return or exchange. Of course we can send your damaged item back to you on the condition that you're go to pay for the shipping costs.
